Driving Directions

We are located off County Road B between Snelling Ave. and Fairview Ave. in the Rosewood Office Plaza (three-story, brown brick).  We are located on the first floor of the south wing.  (Minneapolis Business College is in the north wing).

Via 35W (from the South)

1. North on 35W past downtown Minneapolis. Stay in the right lanes which will become Hwy 36 East.
2. Exit onto Fairview Ave. S (right) two stoplights to County Road B.
3. Left on County Rd. B to Herschel Ave. 
4. Left on Herschel Ave.  Building is on your right. 
5. Enter the parking lot on the north end of the building and park on the south end. Use south entry and we are the first office on the left.

Via 35W (from the North)

1. Hwy 35W south to Cleveland Ave. (left lane hwy ends exit).
2. Left at first light on County Rd. B to Herschel Ave. 
3. Left on Herschel Ave.  Building is on your right. 
4. Enter the parking lot on the north end of the building and park on the south end. Use south entry and we are the first office on the left.

Via 35E

1. Hwy 35E to Hwy 36 West (in Roseville).
2. Exit south onto Snelling Ave. to first stoplight (County Road B).
3. West (Right) onto Cty. Rd. B.
4. Right into Rosewood Office Plaza south parking lot. Use the south entry and we are the first office on the left.
