Karen Kemp, Director of Special Programs in Cohoes City School in New York, is a 30-year public school teaching veteran who has held a number of leadership and administrative positions and worked as a classroom teacher. She has authored and co-authored over 30 publications on various educational topics including the book RTI: The Classroom Connection for Literacy, and DVDs RTI Tackles the LD Explosion and RTI Tackles Reading.
